Dear FEI Endurance Officials,

At a recent FEI Tribunal case, a decision was taken in respect of a case that had initially been handled by the Ground Jury at an event.

A member of the public appealed to the FEI Secretary General that the rules had not been correctly applied and the case was passed to the FEI Tribunal to consider the appeal.
